It was located in a central area between 2 restaurants. All of the staff were nice.

Excellent location, close to shops and Metro, easy access to attractions. Clean, spacious apartment with high ceilings. Budget-friendly compared to hotels. Convenient for dining and resting during the day.

Stayed at a lovely apartment close to Gran Via, Behap. the host was kind and helpful, allowing us to check in early. the apartment was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. the location was great, with many attractions within walking distance. Shops were also nearby. a fantastic find and we will definitely book again. Cons: Everything was spot on! 😊.

The apartment was small but well-furnished. However during the first two days that we've stayed there, our apartment's electricity tripped quite a number of times. We told the staff about the problem, and they were able to solve it promptly by calling an electrician at that very moment. Despite this experience, it was a good stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was warm and comfortable, and having a kitchen in the room was a nice feature. This place provided a pleasant experience from start to finish, especially during the winter.

Fantastic location, just steps away from the main attractions in the heart of Madrid. Supermarket and metro station conveniently nearby. Reception staff were friendly and provided helpful information. the apartment was well-decorated and equipped with all necessary amenities. the kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to store luggage. a great value for the central location.

The dining table was small and there was no sitting area. the bathroom was quite cramped and the floor got hot when the geyser was on.

Ideal location, near Gran Via, Theaters, old town. All in walking distance. Quiet street. Street with a lot of restaurants, supermarket nearby. Equipment new and ok. Parking for car just in front of apartment building (27 Euros per day). Helpful personal. Much nicer than in the foto (indeed the foto is from another apartment, and is still not actualized.
